Get up...get up, you stupid piece of... What did you do that for? What's wrong with you? Didn't you hear a word he said? All of you! You think there's someone just going to drop money on you?! Money they could use?! Well, there ain't people like that. There's just people like me.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Oh, football. It's gonna be like that already?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Hmph. I rarely shop for clothes unless my current ones are worn out or otherwise don't fit. But I've been pretty good about the exercise and had a little extra money at the end of last month, so I decided to treat myself to a couple of things I saw in the Coldwater Creek catalog. I checked eight different things, and most of them were listed as not available until December. None were available before mid-October. WtF? Has Amazon spoiled me? Is a month wait standard for mass produced clothes these days? I poked around a few other places and didn't see things I wanted. It was so nice to see cotton-based, machine washable clothes that weren't see-through, ugly, sleeveless, above the knee, or unavailable in my size (well, except for the unavailable in anyone's size aspect, I guess). So I'm a bit disappointed.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I'm marathoning BtVS today to avoid live tv. I'm up to Angel and, dang, they are all so young.

Online-wise, I'm hanging here and should be writing this week's paper. I say should be because I'm a procrastination machine today. Ugh. I'm hoping by getting some whining out, I can buckle down and start writing.

I threw away some paperwork, and then I was tired. So I'm taking a break with the football.

TCG is putting up gates. I worked out a revised meal schedule for ltc. So, if I'm out others can know what to do, and did some general clean up
