Geez, shrift, that sucks!
Friends are forgiven because although we were the last to arrive, they ended up bailing on their other plans for the day and staying on the boat the whole time. So much fun. Room still feels like it's rocking. It was cloudy and 70 out but the water was supposedly 69 degrees, so we all went swimming too. Only bad part was when my friend's jacket fell in the water...with her wallet and keys and iPhone. Luckily we fished it out quickly and she had zippered pockets. But the phone may be a problem (she bought rice and is crossing her fingers)
Bumped from my flight because there were no seats and they asked me to volunteer. Um. How can I fly if there are no seats?!
Ugh. My bag is on its way to SF and I'm not. Maybe I'll get a hotel room.
I need some suggestions about my computer chair. I bought one not long ago but it wasn't rated for how long I sit at the computer and my weight. I think I am just over the weight limit. The chair is pleather. The chair cushion is flattened and I can feel the plastic underneath. I can't replace the chair right now and so I'm trying to figure out some kind of cushion I could put on it that might work but not flatten. Anyone have any ideas?
I want a mascara that just makes my lashes darker. They don't need to be longer or thicker or look like false lashes. Maybelline used to make a lash tint, but they stopped. Does any such thing still exist? I'm a little scared to dye my lashes.
I use cake mascara for that. Hard to find, though.
The chair cushion is flattened and I can feel the plastic underneath.
If you didn't want to use a pillow that would raise you up then you might find that a folded towel will give a little cushion.
I've tried a few pillows but they feel weird. I can't explain it except I can't did the right fit. I've tried a towel but I may see about locating a bigger beach towel or finding one a small blanket to fold up.
Ugh, you guys. Woke up to awful news this morning. A friend of my sister's tried to break up a fight between a couple last night outside of their local pub and was stabbed in the neck and died. They ran off and left him there. Awful, awful thing.
