"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Suzi!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Wow, Suzi! Good work!

My brother is pretty well-versed in nutrition stuff, and so I texted him to ask what foods are helpful for inflammatory conditions. He replied "Are you eating peanut butter out of the jar RIGHT NOW?" (I was not.) (But good call, because I easily could have been.)

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh lord I haven't even started thinking about the fall schedules.

In Plain Sight was another good, not too dark one.

brillig

"Are you eating peanut butter out of the jar RIGHT NOW?"

But is peanut butter (out of the jar or not) good or bad for inflammation?

He said raw nuts are, so I suspect that roasted, ground-up peanuts mixed with sugar is probably not good for inflammation. (Sugar is terrible for inflammation. And I eat a ton of it.)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Way to go, Suzi!

I really liked In Plain Sight.
