Oh, enjoy the bonding time. Yes, going back to work will be odd.

Back from camping. We had a huge storm at 6 in the morning that led to an exodus from some of the tents into our cabin. We ended up with 3 kids and 2 extra adults, which more or less worked because the cabin's living room area has bunk beds AND a loveseat that pulls out into a bed.
The dog went camping with us, but spent the majority of his time lying in the dirt by the campfire, so when he walks, he actually creates a cloud of dust like Pigpen. So he is going to the groomer at 4:00 today for a B-A-T-H.
I love Tim's family, but I am SO HAPPY to be home.

eta: Man Calls Police to Arrest Cat for Stealing His Bacon
Dude, fuck that thieving cat.
I'm pricing ISPs. AT&T has an option for "home network support" for $50 where they'll connect wireless devices for you, which I guess is for people who don't know how to get their phone connected to the internets? Comcast charges a monthly fee for modem rental and if you want your number unlisted. AT&T wants a 1 year contract for up to 6 mbps. Comcast wants a 2 year contract for up to 75 mbps.
UGH DECISIONS

The recording of that call is hilarious.

Do they let you use your own modem if you want?
I am so frustrated by this rash because a) it covers 90% of my body, b) no one can figure out what it is, or anything to stop it and c) it seems to happen every 2 years for no apparent reason.
Ugh, that sounds terrible.
Do they let you use your own modem if you want?
Yeah, but apparently that doesn't stop Comcast from billing you for it anyway according to their help forums.

Ok. That's just evil. Even Time-Warner dropped the fee when I got my own modem.

Don't even get me started on what I went through when I moved and was finally able to quit them.
