Handsome brooding vampire guy has to swoop in all sensitive mouth and overhanging forehead. How 'bout leaving some scraps for the homely-looking fellows who don't turn evil when they get some?

Y'all, my dad is this Bernie Sanders speech in a discussion.

Why my head hit the table so many times so early, so often. Btdt, before I was 12.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am intrigued by the baby ginger Kennedy.

Unrelated - on Twitter - Maria Hinojosa retweeted me and Orlando Jones liked a tweet which is pretty fancy stuff for me.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My first celebrity crush liked a tweet I made about him still looking so good.

I watched none of the DNC but the Facebook and stuff here sound intriguing.

Instead I spent many frustrating (but fun!) hours flirting with the youngun, who was flying through and elected an 8 hour layover to hang out with me (...in getting to Portland, which is only 3 hours away driving), but is kind of seeing someone and therefore was super super flirty but not touchy. Aaaaaah.

Flirting is good.

I am so relieved and delighted and uplifted this morning. Stayed up way past my bedtime, but so happy with the first night of the DNC convention. Michelle Obama. Wow. There were others that were great, but she just knocked it out of the park. A bit of love for Sarah Silverman too.

Ann, that's a ferret.

All condolences, Plei, friends, and family.

Envy. Where to?

Hyderabad. It's a work trip, so I'll probably be in the office most of the time. I wonder how difficult it would be for me to spend a couple of days in Goa...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hiring is the best. I did a phone screen with someone who is sort of overqualified for the position but mostly seems like she actually wants a different job here. She wrote and let me know that (a) she has another offer and (b) was making way more than my range in her last job, but (c) is still really interested in working here. I wasn't even necessarily going to have her in for an interview! But rather than just saying that I told her we are slow and cheap, and I hope she just takes herself out of the running. @@
