Mashed potato tacos sound amazing! A place near me does them with fried potato chunks, which I would have called canyon potatoes, but apparently that is just me. Anyway, that is also delicious.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."
I just tripped coming down the stairs and somehow ended up on the tiptoes of both my feet, which promptly buckled forward and crashed me down. I possibly now have two sprained ankles. And I have two concerts Saturday.

I'm thinking I need a fan for my office and discovered that there is a Mom & Pop type hardware store in walking distance. I was thinking it would be nice to support a little hardware store like that instead of a big box hardware store. Then I remembered, oh yeah, I work for a big box hardware store.
