Ah Monday morning. Quiet so far for me, which is good, my customers start work early and I hate when the phone rings at 6:30. Did have 1 email already, at 6:35, but it was a thanks for stuff done on the weekend.
I started a Thank You folder in my email to accumulate the emails I get with simple and effusive thanks. When I get tired of customer complaints I take a peek to remind me they do like me. Also reminds me who the appreciative ones are because they go to the top of my list.
Hair update - still enduring the long process of completely growing out old color to proudly wear my gray. It is getting there. Need another trim. After it is totally grown out I can revisit fun options.
Man, how do people ever train to be gymnasts without killing themselves? "Here, try bouncing off this thing and flipping around three times in the air and then landing on your feet. If it doesn't work out the first time, I'm sure you won't hurt anything important."
They land into piles of foam rubber.
I used ion something something.
I did it over my regular non treated dark brown hair. I just wanted a pinky tinge and it is that now that I see it in the day. When the sun or light hits it right.
Someone just wrote "I'm fixing to do that" in a work email to me and it made this Southern girl happy.
I used ion something something.
From Sally Beauty? I use that on my bangs. It works best when my bangs are bleached. Right now they haven't been lightened, so the color is not as bright and I typically can't see it unless I'm in sunlight. When my bangs are bleached, I don't have that issue.
I'm kinda looking forward to the new Ghostbusters; it's packing a lot of comedic talent. When I heard about a remake, I had zero interest, thinking it was yet another remake that didn't need to be remaked, but I was glad to find out they were doing something different.
Just checked in for my flight and printed my Hamilton ticket. Eeeee!
So jealous!! Have a blast!
My boss just got back from vacation and the one thing he commented on during our regular team meeting was from one leg of his flight. He was on a plane with a bunch of Boy Scouts and his question was why 15-year-old boys don't bathe.
I pointed out that unbathed teenager was probably preferable to those that choose to douse themselves with that super-strong body wash/cologne that seems to be popular with that age group.
