Gud, I'm not clear on why all of the household stuff is on you. You have three other members of the household, and they should be carrying some of the load. Especially since it's Father's Day!
And I know it's hard to do, but I want to encourage you to find a therapist. A professional can help you develop tools to prioritize this stuff, and manage both the stress and your relationships (which are clearly contributing to the stress).
Also, here, have an adorable Penguin:

Ok, help: what do I wear on a kayaking date? I want to look cute but also activity appropriate. It will be about 66-68F. If it were not a date if probably wear running capris and a spandex top, on the theory that if they get wet they would dry quickly. But that seems not right for a date.
Gud, I'm sorry you have so much stress on your plate. It just hard.
meara, I don't know, but my thought is activity appropriate beats date. Do you have a cute top that would coordinate with the running capris to wear over the spandex top that you can peal off for the actual kayaking?
ETA: because cute without an e is weird in this context.
meara, I don't know, but my thought is activity appropriate beats date.
Also, that activity appropriate is date appropriate for that activity! (And, you are pretty darned cute in that kind of outfit as evidenced by the many adorable pics of you from running events!)
Gud, if even just venting about everything bothering you helps, we're here for you.
Got the ac in, completely soaking myself in sweat. Showered and then ran over to Ace for serious bigness and poison and more primer. Took Brian with so he could get some flowers. I need to finis cleaning and take the tape down, but ehn.
Outdoor stuff is so hard to do this time of year. Take care of you, Gud- no heat stroke!
Hah, thanks Lisa! I ended up in black capri leggings, running shoes (but I have water shoes in the car, in case?) and a blue long sleeve quarter zip top. Hopefully I don't look TOO casual...
