I wonder why I always want to call some candidates by their first name and some by their last and even some by their full name. There's the first name crowd: Hillary, Bernie, Jeb, Marco. Then there's the last name group: Trump, Christie, Cruz. And the full namers: Ben Carson, Carly F... however you spell it.

Brain chemistry is a poophead, msbelle. I'm sorry it's rough.

I took a sick day yesterday. I'm tired but feeling a bit better today. I'm just going to get done whatever I can, and then go home early to watch hockey.

Oh, you guys. I forgot it was bacon day in the cafeteria. BACON DAY IS BEST DAY.

Gud, some of it is how the candidates brand themselves--for instance, Hilary because "Clinton" already has connotations? And probably because she's trying to seem more warm and friendly? (Likewise Jeb). (Some of it is also likely racism/sexism/media drama/whatever)

msbelle, I hear you--personally I feel like lately I'm not BAD, but I'm not good either...is trying something new worth the potential that it wouldn't work and I'd feel worse? I'm hoping that once I can start running again I might be able to work some endorphins and shit. I haven't been exercising lately and I know that's bad.

Yeah, that's true. Hillary, Bernie, and Jeb all brand themselves that way. Trump is all about branding the name 'Trump'--that's all he is really. And some first names just don't work, could Christie campaign under 'Chris' or Jindal under 'Bobby'?

Got my part of the thing done and mulch will be here in about 20 minutes. Yes.

Trump is The Donald, also, though. Chris Christie is a both names guy to me. Because it's kind of absurd, perhaps.
