Oh, also, I'm the only one on my team who knows how to do Absolutely Essential Thing. The only other person who knows how is on another team and just... won't do it anymore. I mean, I can ask her, but the last time I did, she said yeah sure and then didn't do it, so... there you go. No one else has been trained and there are no plans to train anyone. So while I'm away, Thing doesn't get done. shrug Okay then.
