Mm, that sounds good, Jesse. I'm thinking ice cream sandwich, risotto and a glass of wine for mine. But I didn't have lunch until 3, so when this dinner will happen I don't know.

therapy did not go great.
so still NO repercussions for E failing a class this semester and failing other classes each of the 4 six weeks. Ridic if you ask me, but I am following the therapist's lead. we are going 2 MORE weeks with no new restrictions on computer time (which means all day while I am at work). he has agreed to do the following which I think is less than an acceptable bare minimum:
- take out recycling (ALREADY ON HIS CHORE LIST, ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, but not doing dependably)
- keep his room clean
- walk the dog each day (the thing about this is I have no way to check if he does it, I think I will install mapmyrun on his phone and have him turn it on for the walks, yes?)
and then this is the best which I will not hold my breathe for:
- apply for jobs at 6 places. Please note that he is only 15 and the only place that I know of that regularly hires 15 year olds is the place that I suggested we eat at once a week for the last 2 moths so they would know his face and be more apt to consider him for a job. Mac refused to go every time I suggested it and never went on his own to get an application. The other places he mentioned will not hire 15 year olds, but I am supposed to let him go see. Not to mention, SCHOOL IS OUT. any teen wanting a summer job has already applied.
No, wait, Emmett was just getting ready to go off to school. Your calendar's wrong.
Good luck with all that, msbelle.
Tep, you're the second person I've met who knows the Hamilton choreographer! (Dylan's 3rd grade teacher has seen the show twice for free because they're good friends.)
I'm two degrees from LMM through my sister (who was introduced to him through her HS friend Alex Horowitz.
The costumer of Hamilton, Paul Tazewell, is the brother of Jon Tazewell who I went to college with (and we were both R.A.s the same year).
Tep, you're the second person I've met who knows the Hamilton choreographer!
He was choreographing the musicals in high school, and really well. Crazy talented.
go Paul Tazewell, and your stretch Breeches. Seriously brilliant looking and also practical.
Ps. He is the costume designer ( is too sensitive, but they took away the sound design Tony)
Timelies all!
Posting from Balticon opening ceremonies.
I'm working with the scenic designer for Hamilton on our next show which starts load-in in two weeks. There are a few NAMES on this one. [link]
I'm ignoring the new Captain America reboot. Although that gif of Evans ripping the comic is a thing of beauty.
