Basically, from a mathematical perspective, there always needs to be a way of measuring your relation to yourself, and that's usually 0.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
That's how I think of it too, Hil, though I am far from a mathematician. But I was more excited than I should be- and theatre really is a small world

Now you have me curious. When would it NOT be zero?
Timelies all!
Tomorrow we head to Baltimore for Balticon. It's Balticon 50, and the author Guest of Honor is George R.R. Martin. It'll be interesting taking the little guy around....
Now you have me curious. When would it NOT be zero?
Pretty much, if you define it to be.
So that makes the rest of us 3 degrees because we know you?
My plans for going to Balticon got scuttled, but with GRRM and everyone else there it was going to be craxy, so that's OK. I had thought it would be a more low-key way to take Mal to a con than starting with DragonCon.
Raq! Hi Raq!
It would make more sense to me that you would be one, because you're measuring separation. So the person who actual personally knows them is not separated. You are separated by one individual from whatever famous person.
Yeah, that's how I would count it. If you can contact the person directly, there's no degree of separation.
They do sales/coupons/Groupons fairly often, so it might be worth it if you can get in on one of those deals.
Their sales are not what they used to be. They used to be buy two get one free, now it's buy one, get 12%, buy two get 15% off, buy three get 20%. (There's a 15% off sale currently.) I should check out Groupon.

Have you ordered from them before? They used to offer a really good percentage off for first-time orders.
