Heh. Gothamist just called Fleet Week "Passover for Gays".
Natter 74: Ready or Not
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I've been planning to make some merch available associated with my book Cog using some of my purchased artwork with all proceeds going to a charity that fits into the Cog theme. Tried Girls Who Code, but they rejected me.
I did not pack wisely, I forgot a cardigan and the only shirt I had for today is a fancy tank. Oooops. The weather is supposed to be nice with showers in the afternoon. I just feel awkward in the office.
Congrats ND!
I totally believed it was supposed to be thongs. Didn't even blink. This may say more about me than ND.
Yay, ND!
We used to have thongs for every production-- my favorite was when we did Pterodactyls and the thong said "*This is not a Pterodactyl" on the crotch.
Isaac loves the Alex Rider series too
Congrats ND!
I wish it were going to be nicer here this weekend!
msbelle: books for reluctant male readers:
Sharp Teeth, by Toby Barlow. Bloody and violent with a little bit of sex and a lot of bad language. My male reluctant readers like it.
Little Brother by Cory Doctorow is creepy and realistic.
Students like James Dashner's Maze Runner trilogy (I haven't read them, but students like them).
It depends on what he likes, though.
