She's been here since college, she's literally never worked anywhere else but this department. I guess she decided to take early retirement. I don't know who I'll be reporting to next week. She kinda pulled the rug out from under the whole department.

Might be good, might be bad. Depends on who they get to replace her. She wasn't too good with reality, but she did speak up for us peons. The rest of the management council just wants to save money.

It's gonna be a scorcher today, so I was glad to have some time before work to make sure my little water garden was full, fill all the animal's water dishes, water all the plants in containers, turn on all the fans, and put out cooling mats for the Neko Atsune kitties.
