I'm trying to actually decorate my apartment, so I keep buying random prints -- this is the latest: [link] Cute, right?
What I need to do is go through the Scola oeuvre.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

How do I find an arborist? Not just someone to whack some limbs off, I need someone who's trained in taking care of trees. I don't trust "lawn care" people, I want credentials and experience.
I would ask local friends and post on our neighborhood's NextDoor site.
That is cute, Jesse. To go in a breakfast nook? I keep falling in love with art that would be great in my kitchen if only I had open walls.
MY parents have a tree guy they like and trust, but it's a bit far to rec him to you. Maybe Angie's List? (am I thinking of the right name? I get the home repair and political lists confused)
Shine a spotlight to the sky with the symbol of a tree?
I tried that. All I got was this green dude and I think he was inappropriate with the local deer.

Just in the kitchen more broadly.
I had enough stuff to hang on walls for my previous apartments, but have way more walls now. And I've been in this place 2.5 years! Yikes.
Nice. My kitchen is all cupboards, no walls, which I probably should be grateful for considering it is still not really enough storage space, but I have no place to hang something like that.
Most of my upper cupboards are in the pantry, so there are two good-sized empty walls.
Pantry! Now I'm really jealous.
I know, right? It's fab. My mother was on me to open it up so the kitchen feels bigger, like she did upstairs, but I really like having all the storage compact and over there.
Zenkitty, if there's an arboretum or local park with gardens and such I'd ask to speak to whoever's in charge of that for a recommendation.
