I am feeling melodramatic and weepy, and then realized it may have more to do with only consuming 400 calories today, and less to do with reality being horrid. I hope. (Trying to be rational. 400 calories is not enough, that would make anyone's emotional equilibrium get all fucked up.
I finally looked at the pictures from my last 5K and boy do I look grumpy! I was feeling pretty grumpy at that point, so, accurate, but not pictures I'm gonna buy. My next one is in 2.5 weeks, it will be hilly and challenging and I have not trained at all thus far. Ah well.

I make a lima bean and mushroom casserole that is topped with cheese but not otherwise creamy. I think, I haven't made it in a while, but it's my mom's recipe and she rarely does creamy. Certainly not tomatoes. And my beloved Chicken Rice Roger qualifies, I think, as a casserole - no dairy or or tomato in that. I think my usual Thanksgiving sweet potato dish is technically a casserole, also.
