That house, Rebecca!! Oy. There are lots of wee single houses like that scattered throughout the city and I always wonder if they are really their own house or actually attached to the neighboring lot.
I NEED to grade today AND I have kid home with a fever, plus a cranky husband because he's been working too hard. Must find my place of Zen and just work, but feeling OY!
I have been trolling my brother with LA house listings all week ( they are moving in the fall). I have not sent this one yet, but it may be my favorite horrible one: [link]
More importantly, find them one with a guest house for you.
Sue that is an idea if they can find something. Most of the options I've seen with guest houses are either in rough shape or the guest house is a studio. I could do a studio, but it would be a lot to go from 1600 ft sq to like 300.
Fours years is ways off for me to still decide on a new location. Who knows, I may go abroad.
Sue! I keep meaning to ask you - my parents are visiting Halifax this summer, are there any can't miss places they need to get to that wouldn't be on a tour (they're taking some kind of package tour for like a week and then renting a car and doing their own thing for another)? Especially vegan/vegan-friendly restaurants. And quilt shops.
I thought maybe it was being a Jeopardy contestant! And didn;t you get your hair cut on tv?
All true! Maybe I should double down on IMDB instead of trying to get off it.
I now have two fewer teeth. No pain at all. Now waiting for prescription which I'll need when the shots wear off.
Yay tommy! I read that as "fever teeth" and wondered if that was an expression I didn't know. Then re-read.
I want to be on vacation again. Dang. Though I did just book a trip to DC for the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. I get to meet my friend's baby! And...have to run 11 miles in DC May weather. Uh oh
Excellent, tommy!
I am asleep. Maybe taking that antihistamine wasn't such a good idea.

Are they just doing Halifax? Or more of the province.
This is probably the best (and only purely) vegan resto in town.

I will ask my vegan friend for other recommendations.
Quilt shops...hmmm. I will ask around about that.
