For dinner last night my sis made a pasta with peas, ricotta and tarragon. It was...fine. Just super bland. But we've got a ton left over. What can I add that might liven it up?
I'm sorry, I don't remember who is a vegetarian and who isn't. My first impulse would be to add ham. Smoked salmon might also work.

Thanks all! Ham would totally work if we had any, but I do have capers and don't find enough occasions to use them. And I may sacrifice the feta as well.
