Ideas please?
For dinner last night my sis made a pasta with peas, ricotta and tarragon. It was...fine. Just super bland. But we've got a ton left over. What can I add that might liven it up?
I've got some feta but was planning to use that for something else. Any other thoughts?

My biggest concern, a pay cut? NSM. Opposite, in fact. A 15-18 %(can't remember current base salary right now) INCREASE, before you factor in benefits (like the 10% company contribution to retirement.)

brenda, I think salt and acid are the way(s) to go, so yeah, feta, olives, lemon, more vinegar? Just salt would probably help.
