I am so tired for no good reason. Like, stupid tired.
This was me all last week. Couldn't figure out why.
my commute this morning resembled an obstacle course.
While I may not be perfectly happy about working from home, I am ecstatic over the fact that I don't have to deal with rush hour traffic.
In short, ugh, Dana. Tuesday didn't get the memo that it's not Monday anymore.
I seem to be slower this year with adjusting to the time change. I can't seem to get in bed at a decent hour, and I don't want to get up in the dark. Not right to try and retrain my body twice a year.
Actually, there may be a reason, which is allergies. I should try some Sudafed and see if that kickstarts my brain.
I'm also stupid tired with allergies and insomnia.
Allergies, insomnia, allergy medicine = stupid tired.
I'm actually trying Allegra for a month because I've been on Zyrtec so long that I'm pretty sure it isn't working for me anymore.
I'm on generic claritin daily, mostly because I can get a lot of it cheap.
Oh, you know, I didn't take benadryl last night. That might be contributing.
I miss Benedryl (not supposed to take it because of the tamoxifen). Charlie the dog has allergies and he gets to take it, but I don't.

Yeah, I have to occasionally switch between the holy trinity of Allegra, Claritin, and Zyrtec when one of them stops working.
I've always taken Sudafed and Benedryl as needed, the minimal dose has been effective for me, even if it was a run of several days. I'm still taking the actual, sign in blood for Sudafed, and it helps. But when I need antihistamine, Benedryl isn't working any more. I mean, it works, but man, I'm out like a light. I need to try something non-drowsy, because my allergies get worse every year, and the choice between misery awake and falling asleep when I need to be awake isn't funny any more.
