The ground beef/elbow mac/tomato dish is called American Chop Suey where I come from, and was a regular lunch special at my old work cafeteria!
I seriously want to eat all of these things everyone has mentioned, because that is how I actually like to eat.
I am also generally a fan of "mix many things together and eat them out of a pot", but I don't like tomatoes. But I love putting frozen peas in stuff and pretending that makes it healthy.

Me too! I do like tomato sauce, though, so if they are cooked enough it's all good. And if I'm making it myself I leave them out or use tomato sauce or paste.

I just realized I do not own a casserole dish. Oh god.
I sent my accent wall choice to management company. I ordered another 6 month supply of contact lenses. I rescheduled meetings for pack & load Thursday. And now I have to do some work before I check off anything else on my To Do list.
