Federal and California state return filed. I'm trying to do my Illinois return, and I'm getting confused because the tax preparation software said I owed money but the state of Illinois website is telling me I'm getting money back. Oy with the poodles, already.
Does that allow you to do different things/have more control of the output, or did you just figure it was cheaper in the long run than using a service or something?
Mostly, it's about me getting to choose exactly what kind of paper to use.

I am officially losing my mind today with the kids and the crazy of the conference. Have moved from oolong tea to red wine, which I hope will improve my mood if not my ability to cope with said crazy.

The bathroom is clean(er), my bedding is laundered, and I just remembered to turn on the dishwasher after intending to do it and walking away thinking I had.
