Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Go shrift! With all that scheduling, have they given you a better idea of a delivery date?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It continues:

Someone just called me on the phone. To read me an email. That she was writing to me. That she wanted to read to me before she emailed it to me. Because reasons.

That is just not normal.

ETA: Wait! I left out a step. First she IM'd me to ask if it was okay to call me.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

shrift in San Francisco. It just seems so right. From way over here, anyway.

I overslept. Late to work by an hour and a half. Trying to catch up. Angry author is still angry, I'm passing him to my manager. People are asking me questions I don't have the answers to. People are scheduling me for meetings I don't want to attend. Just discovered some work I let slide and now it's probably going to be late. So burned out.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

First she IM'd me to ask if it was okay to call me.

Ah ha ha ha!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I can have furniture delivered on Tuesday along with a bunch of stuff I've been putting on my Amazon wishlist and get someone in to set up internet.

That sounds good, especially getting stuff delivered that quickly. Would you then just sleep on the couch until the stuff arrives? And do an air bed or something Monday night?

I don't get in Thursday until 4:20, so I think most everything will be done, but I can come help if necessary. And the hotel reservation is in my name, so let me know if you want me to extend it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

shrift in San Francisco. It just seems so right. From way over here, anyway.

Over here, too, I must say. Oh, I have a single air bed and sheets that fit if they are needed, shrift, although getting them to you on Monday might be tricky.

Oh, hey, brenda, we share coworkers! Who knew? Although mine only IM if I am away from my desk when they call, to tell me I have a voicemail and what it's about.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am going to go visit shrift in San Francisco too!

Maybe I will come armed with booze so I don't get stabbinated. Also, wait a month or so.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Note to self: even if you have a black dress with only a tiny bit of white trim, that white trim will attract your lunch. Especially if it's curry.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I worry that it's a heart attack in a Corningware dish.

The latest is that dairy fat is good for you!

The only tuna fish thing I remember my mother making was a sort of tuna melt on English muffins. Her go-to quick noodle dish was Skillet Dish -- ground beef, onions, green pepper, can of vegetable soup, noodles and lots of Worcestershire sauce.
