mac and will be spending the day doing an hour on and an hour off. chores/free time.
I made him do some reading and some reading camp homework during part of church, so the part he was mostly likely to fight me about is already done.
Dropped stuff at goodwill and on the way home, it occurred to me that there's probably another box in the basement. But I haven't gone to check.
Next up: when is bulk trash day?
Well, normally I might try to go get a massage at one of those foot-spa places, but I got a big cut on my foot yesterday, so that's out. Went shopping yesterday also, so no room in the luggage. Nap may be the answer. And fancy dinner somewhere, I guess?
The Otter Lake Fire Department had a fund raiser Pancake Breakfast. We went. We ate. Then I built a brick and stone wall in the part of the fence that Zoe thinks is her secret exit. And working work stuff. All and all, way lots of action today so far.

We took a walk around a downtown park, with little guy in the stroller. Of course he slept the whole time.
Nap and a fancy dinner sound -- that someone else cooks and cleans -- like a perfect day to me. But I may have low expectations.
I am thinking I should walk to the store but I'm worried I have too much to buy to lug it all back home, so I will probably make one of the kids come with me.
I dithered on buying the shoes and now am looking at another pair instead: these. DH claims I don't need new shoes, but I am pretty sure I do, and pretty sure I want new boots.
You need those. One of the rest of us needs those, too. I mean, other than me.
They have them in my size too.
