Yikes! I hope everyone's okay!

It is finally a comfortable temperature. I guess I should go to sleep, though it kind of seems like a shame to have been awake and doing stuff through the miserable heat and unconscious once it gets pleasant. But if the forecast can be believed it should stay pretty nice for a while, and I have to get through 6 hours of work tomorrow before I can have my 3.5 day weekend.

I use dry vermouth to cook greens or that sort of thing, or to deglaze pans. Anywhere white wine would be called for.

Still cold here. I have the heat running. At the moment I am considering it refreshing. Summer is coming in theory. Forecast for highs in the 70s all week. We'll see.

Heh. I woke up at 6 for no reason, so I've already had a fair amount of sitting around as well.
