I like cloudburst, but my living room is close to that REALLY TEAL at the dark end of that line, so I am partial. It;s a good color line to mix with dark browns, lime greens and some orange.
Natter 74: Ready or Not
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I like the plummy, but I prefer blues as small accents, not big things. I don't think I'd ever paint a wall a shade of blue, just not me.
I'm at war with flies. Sure they are from the maggoty recycling.
Sorry, first world problem:
I'm trying to get HBO Now but can't figure out how to do it on a laptop.
The site says I can use my laptop to watch but when I go to iTunes to download the app it's only for iPhone or iPad. I've downloaded both but then nothing happens.
I tried signing into the HBO site but there is no "register here" note. I tried signing in with my Apple ID and they don't recognize it. I can't find any real help on their site or Apple.
Has anyone else tried this? I'm going to ask this here and in Tech and Natter until someone answers.
I like both blues, but if I had to rank them, it would be Cloudburst and then Peacock Plume.
Oh, and Yay shrift's apartment!
I lived in a good hood back in the day. I was on Bush between Hyde and Larkin. I still miss it. I had the Kabuki on Van Ness, the Lumiere, the California cable car if I was temping in the Financial District between theatre jobs, a big grocery which I see is now a Trader Joes...I really miss it.
I picked a darker blue for my bedroom and now I'm having second thoughts. Afraid it'll be overwhelming. I really like the color though.
Zen, we painted our bedroom a kind of sage-y green, and we really like it. I think your first instinct is probably the right one.
I like Cloudburst. I have an IKEA bookshelf in birch. I could get a couch in gray and throw on some colorful pillows: [link]
but it's only 460 sq ft.
That seems tiny! Which of course reminds me of the people in tiny houses article. Why linked to it? I feel like it must have been someone here.
