Hivemind question: Has anyone here ever cooked packaged lobster sliders at home? The box instructions say to cook them in a pan over medium heat until they reach 165° — problematic for someone who doesn't have a meat thermometer. Any suggestions for how long until they're done?

We made gingersnaps, but we were panning to do that before I heard about Ginger. I am hoping she is not in pain and also not in a state of great annoyance.
My stepfather spent the night in the hospital and got sent home and was eating pumpkin pie by bedtime last night, but my great-uncle had a fall and hit his head and now he's in the ICU. Guys over 80 keeping us stressed out.
