Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

James Gunn fully supports Tom Holland's Spider-man: [link]

I'm disappointed J.K. Simmons got cast as Commissioner Gordon for Justice League, since it makes it much less likely they'll bring him back as J. Jonah Jameson in the next Spider-man film.

So looking forward to the Phil & Talbot show. I was disappointed when Talbot turned, it seemed so obvious, but I forgot the even more obvious “family member in peril” twist. The two of them snarking at each other is beautiful, and Talbot showed he wasn’t just a doofus.

I see them setting up Civil War with Daisy and Lincoln arguing, and I see the foundations of Bobbi and Hunter’s spin off.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I...may ship it.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

"Shake and Bake" made me laugh.

Do you think Tony and Cap make up the same way?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I see them setting up Civil War with Daisy and Lincoln arguing

Maybe thematically, but otherwise Markus and McFeely didn't even know Inhumans were a thing.

This show is fun times. Also I didn't realize the new alien thing is a Marvel character. From Secret Warriors, which makes sense.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Daredevil!

Strangely, this negative review makes me even more eager to see it, probably because it helps to calibrate my expectations:

“I have a lot of pain!” “Well I have a lot of pain, too!” “Yeah, well, I think you inflict too much pain on other people!” “Oh yeah, well, I don’t think you inflict enough pain on other people!” “Criminals need to get beaten up!” “No, they need to get killed!” And so on and so forth.

Built for binging! I didn't find a good stopping point until ep 6 (although I took a long pause after 3).

Oh wow, it gets so much better in the second half.
