We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I would rather have Peggy's wardrobe, no question. That dress in the last scene! Those silk pyjamas after she was injured! I also want her eyebrows. And her hair. But I may have to settle for just the lipstick.

Even though I like Enver and think he's super talented, I feel like Sousa was a bit underwritten.

Agreed.

Jack getting the dinner order was very satisfying. So of course he had to die. But who's going to head up the NY bureau!

Vinnie!

Ken Marino does charming asshole with just a hint of a soul so well.

Also agreed that Angie needs to come out to LA.

If we don't get more Agent Carter, I will be quite miffed.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yes, it was! I suppose I should have known then. I'll never learn.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I knew he was a goner when he gave Peggy the key. Showed he was a team player, and trusted her leadership. Therefore, Peggy would be going back to a good situation. Aaaaand, he's dead.

OTOH, now Peggy has to stay in California to solve his murder, so more canoodling with Sousa and more Rose.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Is that a trope? It's not one I seem to have run across.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

More a "the life of the main character was be filled with woe: thing.

Also

If Peggy is staying in California, Angie needs to come join her.

There is a reason that seems to be the most popular pairing in Agent Carter fan fiction.

Just the making me like someone and then killing them thing, Sail. I don't know if "trope" applies but it's a thing I feel like I should maybe see coming.

Yeah, I actually started to like Jack, so I should have known better, too. Not like we didn't learn that at the feet of the masters.

Exactly.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

My understanding of the "Michael is the killer" theory is that document isn't fake, but the Agent M. Carter it references is Michael, not Peggy. Which means he was up to nasty business during the war and faking his own death wouldn't be out of the question.

I personally think it's a stretch, but not impossible. Vernon is far more likely, since we never saw him actually die.
