Of course Howard is buddies with a mobster--who is surprisingly nice for a mobster. Poor Jack! And Ana understands Jarvis very well.

I hope this is renewed. I would dearly like to see more of Ana and Jarvis.

Hasn't Hayley Atwell already started looking for pilot season work?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Hasn't Hayley Atwell already started looking for pilot season work?

I think she's already been signed for a new show. Though they said they'd work around her schedule if Agent Carter came back.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

The mob guy reminded me of Malcolm Reynolds for some reason.

So is Jack dead?

And I saw some comment on LJ about how it was Michael Carter that killed him, which... isn't Peggy's brother dead? Isn't that the whole point? I'm confused.

I gotta admit I found the Peggy/Daniel relationship less than completely convincing. It's... okay, I guess. But I dunno. I didn't get a real spark there. Even though I like Enver and think he's super talented, I feel like Sousa was a bit underwritten.

With you there. I thought Peggy had much better chemistry with Dr. Wilkes, though I do get how threatening to kill her would be a cold bucket of water on that relationship.

I'll note that I didn't see a body for Vernon Masters, which would make him suspect #1. Though really, this is Jack Thompson; the line of people who'd like to kill him after 5 minutes of interaction probably stretches around the block.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I do wonder what went on between Peggy and Daniel between seasons.

The family was notified that Michael was dead. I suppose that could be a cover for him to become a spy, but that's a pretty cold move.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

But can't we all agree the most important thing that happened in that episode was Whitney Frost's purple dress?? LOVE.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Whitney Frost's purple dress - was the one she was wearing at the end the same one she had on in the desert? it looked lighter and a slightly different cut ... but I may be wrong. The deep purple one was amazing.

And was it my imagination or was ... I forget who ... someone other than the scientist trying to flirt with Rose? is she pretty much catnip for a lot of men?
