Discussion of all Marvel Cinematic Universe related movies and TV shows, including, but not limited to, the Avengers, Captain America, Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc., etc., etc. ad-infinitum.
Discussion of non-MCU Marvel titles like the X-Men or the Fantastic Four is also permitted. Ties to comics may be discussed, but this is not the primary forum for comics discussion (see the Other Media thread).
Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast. For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Posters are encouraged to preface their posts to indicate the subject, particulary if switching subjects.
I like Hunter, but think he works better being the snarky one in a group dynamic than when he's one-on-one with Bobbi.
I'm kind of amused, from a meta standpoint, that this will potentially be the second time Marvel has made use of DC's failures with Wonder Woman. First Joss gets fired off the WW movie and turns around makes Avengers, now Adrianne Palicki gets to head up her own Marvel superhero show after the (reportedly completely horrid) WW TV show never made it out the gate.
The Wonder Woman pilot is quite easy to find online.
I heard a hilarious account about someone's friend who went on a long, nerdy rant about everything wrong with the WW pilot at a party while failing to recognize David E. Kelley in the room until after the latter stormed out.
OMG that's totally awesome, Matt.

In this case I'm willing to accept the general consensus. No need to torture myself.
That's a great story, Matt.
If you're gonna make an awful WW pilot, you gotta be prepared for the nerds to rant at you. Or any comic pilot, really. Nerds rant, it's what we do. Don't be so
sensitive,
Mr. Kelley.
I'm still peeved with Joss that he went with Ultimate Hawkeye instead of the Matt Fraction Hawkguy.

If for no other reason than we were cheated out of Pizza Dog.
Had that series started back when he was developing the Avengers script? I mean, clearly it's the Platonic ideal of Hawkeye stories, but I think he had a choice between Ultimate Hawkeye and this version: [link]
OK, still a bad decision on Joss' part.
