Man, I had to go back and edit that post a few times for spoiler font mishaps. Yeesh.
In conclusion: Spider-Man good.
Discussion of all Marvel Cinematic Universe related movies and TV shows, including, but not limited to, the Avengers, Captain America, Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc., etc., etc. ad-infinitum.
Discussion of non-MCU Marvel titles like the X-Men or the Fantastic Four is also permitted. Ties to comics may be discussed, but this is not the primary forum for comics discussion (see the Other Media thread).
Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast. For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Posters are encouraged to preface their posts to indicate the subject, particulary if switching subjects.

Question on the Dr. Strange end of things, because I don't remember enough about the Dr. Strange movie:
In Dr. Strange, Stephen had a much harder time learning to make portals than Ned did, so yes, Ned’s probably got magical ability.
Another question:
In my screening, the audience cheered at all the same moments.
In my screening,
Nice. That made my nerd heart so happy.
Completely unrelated: I’ve been looking at press junkets for Far From Home, and now I can’t stop thinking that the design of Liv Octavius in Spider-Verse was based on Amy Pascal.
I am stoically not highlighting y'all's whitefont while I try to decide when I can get to a theater...
Liv Octavius
No shade to Alfred Molina, but she was the best Doc Ock.

She really was.
With Kathryn Hahn voicing her, how could she not be?
Spider-Man: So, it wouldn’t have fit tonally, but after the news broke that Peter is Spider-Man and also a murderer, I really wanted a quick cut to Bucky and Sam sitting on a couch drinking beer and watching the news and reacting like, “Yeah, we knew that kid was a dick.”
Okay, AND (when all y'all see Spider-Man, come back here and validate me): I do NOT remember Andrew Garfield being *that* hot when he was in his own Spider-Man movies, but DAMN. The dude can get it.
