GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

That trailer put the biggest damn smile on my face. I so hope the show lives up to it.

Hah! I didn't catch at first that the van the bad guys are driving in that Kate blows up says "Trust-A-Bro" on it.

Apparently if you're enough of a power nerd, there is nothing that cannot be flowcharted.

"Trust-A-Bro"

Ha! That's awesome. Glad they're putting in stuff from the Matt Fraction comics. That entire scene where Kate blows up the van is straight out of the comics, and I am SO here for it! Gimme that Hawkguy, human disaster.

In the end it's only ever been one step, and then the next.

It looks as if Clint is wearing hearing aids!

That reminds me I need to go pick up Hawkeye Vol 3 at the library tomorrow.

The board ate my remarks about why I didn't like Episode 2 of What If. For me it comes down to .. it felt like...almost kind of Mary Sue version of T'Challa. As well as the Star Lord name being a nickname that Quill's mother gave him which is why he adopted it.

Although if it had started more with the end part and worked it's way to how the RAvengers stopped Quill's father I might have liked that a bit more.

I did not like the fridging aspect of that other episode.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I thought the most recent episode was fairly interesting, although someone online pointed out that Killmonger was too young to have been where he was in Iron Man; he would have been only 18 or 19.

So they're playing games with the timeline as well as the multiverse.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Just came back from Shang-chi and had a pretty good time! I wanted to wait for a few weeks so that I could go to a showing with limited number of people (with a mask on, of course), which was a good call. The action set pieces are quite good, and Simu Liu and Awkwafina have excellent friendship chemistry. It has a few surprisingly decent wuxia-type action scenes, including a super sexy fight-dance scene at the beginning, but that's what you get when you put Tony Leung in a martial arts scene, yo.

I liked Simu Liu but honestly, I spent most of the movie being punched in the face by Tony Leung's hotness. Didn't help that he spends half of his screen time making his patented Tragic Faces of Romantic Agony. Poor Liu didn't fare too well when he was facing off him, 'cause why would you look at anyone else when there is Tony fucking Leung on your screen.

I stayed for the mid-credit stinger, which was fun. Not sure if there was more than one.
