Squirrel girl! Squirrel girl!
She would make an excellent MCU spider Man replacement too.
Discussion of all Marvel Cinematic Universe related movies and TV shows, including, but not limited to, the Avengers, Captain America, Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc., etc., etc. ad-infinitum.
Discussion of non-MCU Marvel titles like the X-Men or the Fantastic Four is also permitted. Ties to comics may be discussed, but this is not the primary forum for comics discussion (see the Other Media thread).
Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast. For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Posters are encouraged to preface their posts to indicate the subject, particulary if switching subjects.

Alert to Plei: check out The Red Sea Diving Resort on Netflix. Reviews are largely terrible, but it stars Chris Evans in the bearded long hair mode you like. Bonus, in at least one scene he's nakeder than he's been on film since What's Your Number?.

It's on the list. I'm just trying to decide if I can stomach watching it with the sound on...
I mean, I have seen the gifs. He is looking damn good in it.
It's not that bad. It's your basic white savior narrative, but it's less obnoxious than most, and he's pretty.
Gwyn and I are going to watch it next time I'm down at her house. Like many things, it's on kidney stone delay.
(As dehydration is the #1 factor in stone formation, I've decided mine's named Thanos and that Infinity War and Endgame are to blame.)
And Spidey is back in the MCU.
::sparkly confetti::
At least something in this timeline can be fixed
And Spidey is back in the MCU.
That's the only news item I want to read all day.
In case you weren't paying attention:
Kevin Feige got a big promotion, that puts him in charge of Marvel movies, TV, AND comics.
Jeph Loeb is out at Marvel TV.
Perlmutter got kicked upstairs, with a "promotion" that leaves him with less power.
I can't say that I'm upset at the news. I don't think that Loeb was doing a good job; even the best Marvel TV shows were spotty at best.
That all sounds promising!
