Dawn: I thought you were adequate. Giles: And the accolades keep pouring in. I'd best take my leave before my head swells any larger. Good night.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

My current MCU rankings

That reminds me of a coworker's 77-year-old mother. They were going to see Captain Marvel, and the mother said, "I sure hope this is better than that Justice Friends movie we saw." Said coworker's response was, "They all are, Mom. They all are."

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Poor sad Justice Friends. Speedy Guy, Robot Man, and Fish Dude deserved so much better.

Hey. New board.

I haven't seen Captain Marvel yet but your rankings are reasonable. I would move GotG 2 up into the second group, Dr. Strange up into the third, Civil War down into the second.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

An interview with the true auteur behind Captain Marvel, Ursula Brauner, cat wrangler.

I like Hawkeye's shaved sides. A MoHawkeye, if you will.

But also, how does Thor have Mjolnir back? Misleading trailer, or time-travel shenanigans?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Chills.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I feel like I'm missing something stupid, but who is the woman speaking with an English accent?

The last shot of Ant-Man makes me think they're going with the solution where he just flies up Thanos' butt and grows to normal size.

That was Peggy Carter, in a flashback.
