If I heard correctly, the first screening of the whole film anywhere will be tonight's red carpet premiere. Which I will be streaming. Marvel's in-house red carpet productions tend to be better than typical cable TV red carpet shows. (It helps that they hire nerds who are actual fans). I'm hoping it will help me get through until Thursday.
Marvel Universe: Infinite Chrises
Discussion of all Marvel Cinematic Universe related movies and TV shows, including, but not limited to, the Avengers, Captain America, Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc., etc., etc. ad-infinitum.
Discussion of non-MCU Marvel titles like the X-Men or the Fantastic Four is also permitted. Ties to comics may be discussed, but this is not the primary forum for comics discussion (see the Other Media thread).
Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast. For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Posters are encouraged to preface their posts to indicate the subject, particulary if switching subjects.
I think the only thing my brother and I have texted about for the last 2 weeks is wild-ass speculation about what's going to happen in the movie. Including but not limited to: everyone is a Skrull!; MODOK; Yondu isn't really dead; the Fantastic 4 show up and Cap looks REALLY uncomfortable around Johnny Storm; awkward cameo by Edward Norton; Stan Lee gets to be the one to kill Thanos.
Isn't it obvious from the comics who gets to take out Thanos? (Also MODOK)

Oh god, that would be AWESOME.
Every time I bring up Squirrel Girl, my brother pooh-poohs it, and I call him a Philistine who needs to read all of Squirrel Girl right now.
(Also MODOK)
Ahahaha! "Arms too tiny! Head too big!"
I'll put in a vote for MODOK.
Chris Evans was MIA from the purple carpet last night, and I haven't seen him doing any promotion at all for Infinity Wars. Is he working on another film right now?
Where was it? He's on Broadway right now, and he and his brother were on Seth Meyers last night. (Adorbs. Yeah, I said it.)
Ah. The premiere was in LA last night.
It's reassuring that they had what sounds like a normal childhood sibling relationship (pants-wetting pranks, older brother beating up younger in the back seat on car rides) rather than the perfect harmony some celebrity siblings try to sell. Or whatever it is Angelina Jolie and her brother have [shudder].
An Oral History of Avengers 1.
Zak Penn (writer): I mean, it's not like on the Hulk, where I got replaced by the lead actor.
Ha!
Joss: "That's my secret. I'm always angry." -- that was a really important moment for me, because it felt true. ... Then about four months after the movie came out, I was like, Oh my God. I was writing about me.
Yeah, duh, Joss.
