Discussion of all Marvel Cinematic Universe related movies and TV shows, including, but not limited to, the Avengers, Captain America, Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc., etc., etc. ad-infinitum.
Discussion of non-MCU Marvel titles like the X-Men or the Fantastic Four is also permitted. Ties to comics may be discussed, but this is not the primary forum for comics discussion (see the Other Media thread).
Spoiler policy: For broadcast TV shows, blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast. For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Posters are encouraged to preface their posts to indicate the subject, particulary if switching subjects.
We had this for about six months before I got sick of not having certain channels and upgraded us to Silver or whatever
Exactly what I'm thinking. I just looked at the lowest channel selection and it is missing FreeForm. I'm a sucker for FreeForm. And BBCA. And...well heck. I got spoiled by having them ALL.
I switched my internet to DSL from the phone company and it really is fast enough. I'm ditching cable internet and keeping all the cable tv I can afford. I know I could get it elsewhere but this is easy. I hate hunting for shows.
I signed up for the free month of Hulu last night (but let's be honest, I'm probably never cancelling it) and watched 6 episodes of Legion. I'm a little ashamed that I sat watching TV for that long, but... I'm obsessed.
Thor: Ragnarok trailer: [link]
Oh, that looks promising.
Awwww YEAH. I am SO THERE for this. I'm thrilled that Taika Waititi directed it.
Also, Hemsworth must be so happy to have his normal hair for (most of) this movie.
But does it imply that Thor dyes his hair?? (I mean, if it's brown when you cut it off...?)
Maybe his hair became darker because he isn't wielding Mjölnir. I bet that when he gets Mjölnir back in the third act, his long, blond locks will be instantly restored.
I think if I email the link to this trailer to my freelance coordinator, he'll understand why my productivity has dropped off today. (I *may* have watched the trailer about a billion times already.)
