For movies and Internet streaming shows, whitefont all plot-related discussion until it's been in wide release two weeks. Okay, this last ep of Legion was AWESOME. The silent film sequence alone was spectacular!
The one thing I'm still missing is that they never established a baseline for what the real world is like in this show's universe. I'm sure that's deliberate, but it does make it difficult to appreciate when things get weird, because there is no way to know how far away from "normal" we are at any given moment. (Again, I'm CERTAIN that this is being done on purpose, and maybe even done well. But I'm not a fan of the choice.)
Legion is still on its first season, right? Is it available to stream on Hulu or anything? I keep hearing such good things!

How many episodes are in the first season of Legion? I somehow binged the first 6 today.
I keep having to remind myself that it's a comic book and that I shouldn't try too hard to relate costuming to an actual time period.
Eight episodes in the first season. It's been renewed already. The 1960s design was supposed to be part of what showed David to be an unreliable narrator.
If the designs had changed drastically when Syd was narrating that might be more obvious. And fascinating! Probably too costly for production though.
Aubrey Plaza is awesome, Jemaine Clement is awesome, and T-Rex is awesome.
