I think Jesse's who I learned that from in the first place a few years ago!
It does make the percentage of tweets about politics and tone of said tweets make a lot of sense in context. (There are a lot that read like he was stoned and watching CSPAN, TBH, esp. during the House sit-in over the summer. ) Plus the regular interview comments about his family liking to get together and loudly discuss politics.
