I don't actually know who Namor is, but I fully support any plan to get the man you linked into my theater.
He's actually either Marvel's first or second superhero, who first appeared in Marvel Comics #1, in 1939.
And yes, his costume is a pair of Speedos. All the time. In the water or not.
Alex Ross painted him as naked in the Marvels retelling of his first modern appearance, IIRC.
If you Google Image Search "Daniel Henney wet", you will see the man is perhaps overqualified.
He's wet in about half of those.
You'll also know him as the voice of Tadashi Hamada in Big Hero 6.

Oh, man, the first thing I thought when I saw the shower pic is how much ita would have liked it for Wet Men.
