Brett Dalton plays Hive. I saw him and Elizabeth Henstridge (Simmons) at Wizard World in April. They were a hoot; great onstage foils for each other! I think's he's a fun person to be around, but I find his acting a bit too understated when he's not being batshit crazy.

Brett Dalton will be an Awesome Con in DC the first weekend in June.
One thing I enjoy with Hive is the way a really terrific coat can enhance a character.
Yeah, I'll go with "character."
The coat got a lot of attention at the con; the fans really liked it. He would have liked to keep it, but I don't think he got to.
Agent Carter is officially cancelled.
Sigh.
ABC also passed on Marvel's Most Wanted, so...they better get Bobbi and Hunter back on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
At least Bobbi. I still don't care much about Hunter.
I love Hunter. I love watching him with Phil. Sorry about their show, though.
This last season of Agent Carter wasn't as good as the first one. I think the romance angle damaged it. "Let's watch the boys compete for Peggy's attention!" I will miss Jarvis and Ana very much.
In particular I think scenes revolving around Sousa's indecision could have been better spent on interactions between Agent Carter and Jarvis, or Jarvis & Mrs. Jarvis, or on Whitney Frost, all of whom were vastly more interesting.
Still a better show than AoS at its best, IMHO.
As preparation for the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. finale tonight, watch the Honest Trailer! It's pretty entertaining.
