I was just headed here to ask if you'd seen it!
Full lyric video! They are going for a Marc Bolan vibe and I am HERE for it.
Now I need a full album and all the merch.
Most of the rest of the full song strikes me as vamping rather than additional content of interest, but I guess that's appropriate given the source.
Heh
I really don't know how I feel about the way The Umbrella Academy ended. Half of me thinks it's a cop-out, and half of me thinks it's perfect.
And in other streaming TV show news, we've finally started watching Wednesday (2 years after it came out). We've only watched the first episode, but it is DELIGHTFUL. (No shade intended to Luis Guzman, but no one can Gomez the way Raul Julia did [RIP king]. Although I'd love to see Oscar Isaac try.)

I've been reluctant to watch it because so many people hate it.
I'm psyched about the next season of Wednesday.
I've been reluctant to watch it because so many people hate it.
I saw so much hate for it (mostly the last 2 episodes) on Tumblr, but I definitely don't hate it for the reasons most frequently cited. Well, I don't hate it at all, I mean. I liked a lot of it, and I think it's worth watching, but I'm just torn about the ending. Tim liked it and thought it was a fitting ending.

With you on that.
I don't hate the ending but I'm not really happy with it. I can see why it seemed like a good idea in the abstract and it's not in any way badly executed but it's just not viscerally satisfying to me. Even so, I think it's , I don't know, sweet?
I do kinda want to watch the whole thing from the beginning in a giant binge and see if that makes a difference. Maybe someday.
What I mostly wanted from this season was to spend more time with these characters I'm so fond of, and I'm not at all disappointed with that aspect!
