Angel: He is dead. Technically, he's undead. It's a zombie. Connor: What's a zombie? Angel: It's an undead thing. Connor: Like you? Angel: No, zombies are slow-moving, dimwitted things that crave human flesh. Connor: Like you. Angel: No! It's different. Trust me.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I really enjoy Keeley & Rebecca's friendship and also Roy and Jamie, separately and together

I feel like maybe they are going somewhere good with Nate but I can't see it coming so I am frustrated? And suspect that maybe they aren't going anywhere at all? ANyway, glad you are into it, Tep, that makes me feel better about the whole thing

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Ted Lasso has had enough of a cultural impact that a week or two ago, the travel section of the newspaper had a tour of places from the show, commentary on the area, etc.

You've got friends to have good times with. When you need to share the trauma of a badly-written book with someone, that's when you go to family.

There was a post on tor.com with specfic recommendations for the characters.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Are any of you watching Mrs. Davis on Peacock?

It is weird, and has some interesting twists, and just enough humor that I think I like it.

Between Mrs. Davis and Poker Face I am seriously tempted to subscribe for a month or so to watch the rest of the episodes.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I don’t even know! I would like to know more about Gravedigger Sykes and the early days of The Problem in general, and further romantic progress for all the canonical couples, and how does everyone cope with aging out of their talents and and and etc.

Although we aren't getting more seasons (I'm in mourning), I'll see what I can find and drop it in the fic thread!

I...also don't really care about Nate's redemption on Ted Lasso yet. I wish I did. They're not really giving me good reason to.

Are any of you watching Mrs. Davis on Peacock?

I saw the first episode, and am mulling over whether it's worth subscribing to watch more.

Oh, sad! That’s very disappointing

Yeah, the news dropped yesterday. Damn it, Netflix.

The Great American Baking Show is on the Roku Channel, and I have to say: Ellie Kemper is fucking awesome as one of the presenters. Can we get her on GBBO instead of Matt?
