Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I'm watching Ep 5 of Leverage:Redemption, and it's *so* badly written. I'm honestly bewildered. It's been so good up to now.

Thrive to spite them

Epic I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt like that. I kept waiting for

it to turn out to be some kind of prank. The Wriath nickname and the way they said it gave me flash backs to The Mako. And the cons were so bad..like Harry trying to rob the vault bad and yet they had been doing this for awhile. And then the senator or congress woman or...I just kept waiting for it to be a prank of some kind ...

Our wings are not tired.

On Leverage, the first few were so much better than the last few. I was happy to see my dear characters, but it didn't work as well at all. Sigh. I did like the New Orleans setting and feel.

That’s funny, episode 5 is one I particularly enjoyed

Our wings are not tired.

I liked Breanna's part in the episode, but was thrown with a Halloween episode in July at some level which kept me off kilter.

Just realizing it was a Halloween episode made me like it, to some extent. Most of the season I was thinking everyone’s clothes looked uncomfortably warm to me (probably more because I was roasting than anything else) and having that it’s-fall-on-the-show lightbulb go on was a relief

Overall, though, the episode plots were not as tight as I would prefer. A lot of nice moments but not not so many perfectly satisfying retributions

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I thought the Halloween episode was particularly weak, and I haven't watched the one after it yet bcz I was so disappointed.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Gunpowder Milkshake was delightful. (Has Paul Giamatti ever played a character you *didn't* want to punch in the face? I think no.)

I don’t remember wanting to punch John Adams in the face, but I can’t rule it out

Sideways?
