I also love how he comes to own his strengths. I loved him helping Wolfgang or charming the doctor for info.

The scene where he tells Nomi about their first date is really touching.
Love that scene SO MUCH.
My biggest quibble remains
Mine too, quester. While I like them, it felt off that the climax and emotional core of the finale ended up being about the white heterosexual couple.
OitNB - I'm not feeling it this season especially when a favorite character was removed.
I didn't like it as much as the first two seasons, but I think it has its strengths.
I'm finally watching Sense8 and Freema Agyeman is SO stunning! I absolutely adore her character!
And you know if Hernando loves him
Hernando may be Lito's most redeeming quality, which is saying something.
P-C, I totally agree with your last white font. That aspect really is surprising, given all the other awesomeness. I hate to think that was required to sell the show. Hmph.
I did start (though not finish) rewatching the pilot, and the first connection (other than the awakening) is between Will and Riley. So there is a bit of foreshadowing there.
Also in the pilot, Whispers says he's looking forward to meeting Jacob. So how does that jive with creepy Icelandic lady saying that Jacob and Angelina worked for Whispers? Was Angelina the only contact?
Good question, Dana. That makes me wonder if the Iceland lady, Jacob and Angelica were part of a previous 8 and are still linked.
Another rec for Catastrophe. It's kind of like a really long, really good rom com.
There are few people in my life who would understand this, because shrift hasn't watched Sense8 yet, but the conductor of our symphony reminds me so much of Lito. We have some visiting youth musicians, and at the end of the last rehearsal, he was talking about how good it had been working with them, and he said, "I normally don't talk this much because I start to cry."
(I was also convinced he was gay, because there's a guy who comes with him to all rehearsals, and I thought it was his partner, but it must just be his heterosexual life partner.)
Has anyone else seen the horribly named Scrotal Recall on Netflix? Despite the off putting name, it is really sweet, and I really hope they have a second season.
Netflix announced that Sense 8 is getting a second season.
Does Netflix ever not renew anything?
