Oh god, I just remembered when ita Googled dog porn, based on something silly I'd said about porn for dogs. She was like, "Well, there's about 50% fewer dogs than I was expecting..."

I haven't been here for a very long time, but Buffistas was so important to me at a key point in my life. Betsy HP forwarded my resume to a woman she encountered on the Internet, and that woman referred me to a job at E! Online and I was there for eight years and I tell everybody I can (including Joss Whedon the one time I met him) that Buffy saved my life.
But it wasn't really Buffy.
It was the Buffistas.
ita was at the center of that, and honestly, just so damn cool. I only met her once, but I think of that evening quite often, just because she was so kind and so hospitable and a model of the kind of woman I wanted to be when I grew up and sorted myself out.
ita, wherever you are, you will not be forgotten.
