And Kaylee, what the hell's goin' on in the engine room? Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose?

ita's thread

A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

From Moji:

3. Re cards, flowers etc: we'll have a discussion when we get there, but our idea is that that stuff would be great to have for the service, which looks like it'll be in mid-February. In terms of donations, we're thinking that we want to set up a fund of some sort at a school here to encourage girls to go into IT.

Would someone share with i09 that this sort of thing is in the works pending her family's arrival next week?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Weren't you also in New Orleans?

What happens in New Orleans stays in New Orleans.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Do any NYCers (past or present) remember who hosted the watching party that ita came to? Not the first one, that was Fiona. This was a guy and maybe in Brooklyn, but not Scola, right? I would have remembered if it was Scola, wouldn't I?

That was at my apartment. I was seriously starstruck that she was there. I mean, THE ita. In MY living room.

(She walked in on the tail end of a conversation just as Trudy was saying "Buffy and Angel forever!" and said "Buffy and Angel WHATever," and then took off her coat and started introducing herself.)

I wish I could remember what episode it was. It was in the middle of S5.

Joe Boucher hosted The Gift, I'm pretty sure. And Herself hosted one in S6, which might have been the last big NYCista gathering until Nilly came to town.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

YES!! The F2F that made me fall in love with the city and where my all-time favorite pic of Em was taken by that fabulous Scola-man.
