That's so perfect.
Lovely post, WindSparrow.
'Shindig'
A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.
That's so perfect.
Lovely post, WindSparrow.
That's a great dream, Jilli.
There are a lot little things that make me think of ita lately:
Watching Wimbledon
The 30th anniversary of LiveAid yesterday
Reading a book about women who participated in the Irish War of Independence and one woman was named Ita. It looked so wrong spelled with a capital I.
Seeing a very bow-legged guy. (From her obsession with JA's bowleggedness.)
Sue, I thought the same thing about Wimbledon. ::verklempt::
And then ita strolled out of the shadows and said, "You got lucky, because you don't know how to throw a punch properly." She spent a few minutes teaching me proper form, then sauntered off.
Are you sure that it wasn't really her? Cause that really sounds like her.
I drive by St. Ita Parish fairly often. [link]
Went on Linked In last night because I was responding to a Link request. Among the other people the program thought I might know was ita. Bit of a gutpunch, that. I almost went ahead and sent a link request, but the idea of it never being answered was too sad.
Are you sure that it wasn't really her? Cause that really sounds like her.
Considering my woo-woo life, I'm pretty damn sure it was her.
The new Maytag commercials hit me each and every time. Makes me feel for Colin and his family which then makes me think about everyone who is so much closer to her than I ever was.
A Dave Chappelle interview got me the other day.
I thought of her when I saw that ComicCon picture of Misha Collins riding John Barrowman.
