Last night I had one of my semi-recurring dreams featuring the early seasons versions of the Winchester brothers. They show up because of something spooky going on, I lecture them about their horrible research abilities, they try and convince me that they should stick around in case terrible monsters appear.
In the middle of Dean Winchester standing in my living room, telling me I need back-up, ita strolled out of the kitchen, smiled at him in a predatory manner, and told him not to worry, I had back-up.
I think I'm happy with my dreaming brain for this new plot development. But in a bittersweet way.
