Wow, I really enjoyed that pilot more than I expected to. I'm really excited for this show and it hasn't even been ordered to series.
I think they used just the right touch with callbacks. Aside from the "hunting trip" one at the top, I really liked Jody telling Claire, "You don't have to do this alone," rather than Claire echoing Dean's line from SPN s1.
